**The winner of the Waratah Family pass (2 Adult , 2 x U16) is for three (3) Waratahs Regular Season Home Games. The Winner to email e.casey@goliathgroup.com to secure their home game family tickets within 14days before the home game is played. Please refer to the 2024 draw as of 28^th August 2023. Wahu will not be liable for changes to the draw after 28^th August 2023.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Wahu Tigers Cup Promotion (“Competition”) is only
open to individuals who:
(i) Are residents of Australia and are aged 18 years or older;
(ii) Are not employees of Goliath Games, Wahu Australia or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with this competition; and
(iii) Are not a spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such an employee; and
(iv) Have not breached these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 Each entrant acknowledges that Goliath Games can rely on these Terms and Conditions, even if Goliath Games only learns of an entrant’s ineligibility to enter after the prize has been awarded to the ineligible entrant.

2. Entry

2.1 The competition period commences at 12:01AM on 1^st September 2023
2023 and closes at 11:30PM on 10^th September 2023 (“Competition Period”).
2.2 To enter, entrants must:
(i) Register via https://wahu.com.au/pages/wahu-tiger-cup and provide their first name, phone and email address; and

(ii) Remain a subscriber to the Wahu Australia newsletter for the duration of the Competition Period.

2.3 Multiple entries per eligible entrant are allowed during the Competition Period.

3. Privacy

3.1 Wahu collects the personal information of entrants for the purposes of conducting the Competition and sending promotional and marketing communications. Wahu’s Privacy Policy is available here:

4. Submission Conditions

4.1 Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
Wahu Australia accepts no responsibility for any incorrect, incomplete or
lost entries. 
4.2 Wahu Australia accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected.
entries including entries not received by Wahu Australia, or delays in the delivery of the entry due to technical issues. 
4.3 Wahu Australia reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant whose entry is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who otherwise tampers with the entry process.

5. Competition Prizes

5.1 The Competition Prize is a Total Prize Pool Value of: $1500

5.2 The 1^st eligible entry randomly drawn from all entries received during the
Competition Period will receive the 1^st Prize. The 2^nd eligible entry randomly drawn from all entries received during the
Competition Period will receive the 2^nd Prize. The 3^rd eligible entry randomly drawn from all entries received during the
Competition Period will receive the 3^rd Prize.
  
5.4 The prize winners will be randomly drawn by a representative of Wahu Australia.

5.5 The prize winners will be contacted directly via phone or email on 11 September 2023
2023 by a representative of Wahu Australia.
5.6 It is the responsibility of the prize winner to provide their contact details and claim their prize, as instructed by a representative of Wahu Australia.
