1.1 Harlequins Cup Promotion (“Competition”) is only
open to individuals who:
(i) Are residents of Australia and are aged 18 years or older;
(ii) Are not employees of Goliath Games, Wahu Australia or Boehringer
Ingelheim or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with this competition; and
(iii) Are not a spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such an employee; and
(iv) Have not breached these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 Each entrant acknowledges that Goliath Games can rely on these Terms and Conditions, even if Goliath Games only learns of an entrant’s ineligibility to enter after the prize has been awarded to the ineligible entrant.
2.1 The competition period commences at 12:01AM on 10th July
2023 and closes at 11:30PM on 13th August 2023 (“Competition Period”).
2.2 To enter, entrants must:
(i) Register via https://wahu.com.au/pages/rugby-gala-day and provide their first name, phone and email address; and
(ii) Remain a subscriber to the Wahu Australia newsletter for the duration of the Competition Period.
2.3 Multiple entries per eligible entrant are allowed during the Competition Period.
3.1 Wahu collects the personal information of entrants for the purposes of conducting the Competition and sending promotional and marketing communications. Wahu’s Privacy Policy is available here:

3.2 Wahu may also disclose entrants’ personal information to Ingenia Holiday park
for the purpose of Ingenia Holiday Park sending promotional and
marketing communications. Please refer to Ingenia Holiday webpage for privacy conditions
4.1 Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
Wahu Australia accepts no responsibility for any incorrect, incomplete or
lost entries.
4.2 Wahu Australia accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected
entries including entries not received by Wahu Australia, or delays in the delivery of the entry due to technical issues.
4.3 Wahu Australia reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant whose entry is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who otherwise tampers with the entry process.

5.1 The Competition Prize is a Total Prize Pool Value of: $1000
5.2 The first eligible entry randomly drawn from all entries received during the
Competition Period will receive one (1) Major Prize. There will be one (1) Major Prize winner in total.
5.3 Wahu Australia reserve the right to modify or change this prize should travel
restrictions and or limitations apply that are outside of its control.
5.4 The prize winners will be randomly drawn by a representative of Wahu Australia.
5.5 The prize winners will be contacted directly via phone or email on 14th August 2023
2023 by a representative of Wahu Australia.
5.6 It is the responsibility of the prize winner to provide their contact details and claim their prize, as instructed by a representative of Wahu Australia.
