Wahu x NexGard Spectra In-Store Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
1.1 The Wahu x NexGard Spectra In-Store Promotion (“Competition”) is only open to individuals who:
(i) Are residents of Australia and are aged 18 years or older;
(ii) Are not employees of Goliath Games, Wahu Australia or Boehringer Ingelheim or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with this competition; and
(iii) Are not a spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such an employee; and
(iv) Have not breached these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 Each entrant acknowledges that Goliath Games can rely on these Terms and Conditions, even if Goliath Games only learns of an entrant’s ineligibility to enter after the prize has been awarded to the ineligible entrant.
2. Entry
2.1 The competition period commences at 12:01AM on Wednesday 1 February
2023 and closes at 11:30PM on Wednesday, 31 May 2023 (“Competition Period”).
2.2 To enter, entrants must:
(i) Register via https://wahu.com.au/pages/nexgard-spectra-x-wahu-competition and provide their first name, phone and email address; and
(ii) Remain a subscriber to the Wahu Australia newsletter for the duration of the Competition Period.
2.3 Multiple entries per eligible entrant are allowed during the Competition Period.
3. Privacy
3.1 Wahu collects the personal information of entrants for the purposes of conducting the Competition and sending promotional and marketing communications. Wahu’s Privacy Policy is available here:

3.2 Wahu may also disclose entrants’ personal information to Boehringer
Ingelheim for the purpose of Boehringer Ingelheim sending promotional and

4. Submission Conditions
4.1 Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
Wahu Australia accepts no responsibility for any incorrect, incomplete or
lost entries.
4.2 Wahu Australia accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected
entries including entries not received by Wahu Australia, or delays in the delivery of the entry due to technical issues.
4.3 Wahu Australia reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant whose entry is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who otherwise tampers with the entry process.

5. Competition Prizes
5.1 The Competition Prize is a Total Prize Pool Value of:

5.2 The first eligible entry randomly drawn from all entries received during the
Competition Period will receive one (1) Major Prize. There will be one (1) Major Prize winner in total.
5.3 The next five (5) eligible entries randomly drawn from all entries received during the Competition Period will receive one (1) Minor Prize each. There will be five (5) Minor Prize winners in total.
5.4 Wahu Australia reserve the right to modify or change this prize should travel
restrictions and or limitations apply that are outside of its control.
5.5 The prize winners will be randomly drawn by a representative of Wahu Australia.
5.6 The prize winners will be contacted directly via phone or email on 1 st June
2023 by a representative of Wahu Australia.
5.7 It is the responsibility of the prize winner to provide their contact details and claim their prize, as instructed by a representative of Wahu Australia.
5.8 If any prize remains unclaimed, a second prize draw will be conducted on
Tuesday 6 th June 2022 (five (5) days after the original winner is notified). At this time, the original winner forfeits all rights to the prize won.
5.9 If a second prize draw remains unclaimed within ten (10) days after the original winner is notified, this will result in forfeiture of the prize in total.
