This summer we released a terrific new range of inflatable pool products that proved to be one of the most popular pool ranges to hit the market in some time. Regrettably though we have received feedback from a number of customers advising of problems with two of the new items in this range, namely the Wahu Pool Slide and Wahu Paddle Wheel.

We take such feedback very seriously and have investigated these issues as a matter of priority. Our stringent quality control procedures were not adhered to and consequently the opening batches of product were not manufactured to our required specifications. The end result being the seams were not welded together correctly and were splitting under normal play conditions. This has since been rectified and the Wahu Pool Slide and Wahu Paddle Wheel are among our best selling items this season.

We regret that the opening shipments of each of these items did not live up to your (or our) expectations and we apologise to all customers impacted by this manufacturing error. We have very strict quality control protocols in place and we have built a reputation for manufacturing quality, value-for-money pool and beach toys. These batches of product did clearly not reflect the standards we expect and we regret any inconvenience this situation has caused to our loyal customer base.

If you have experienced a problem with your Wahu Pool Slide or Wahu Paddle Wheel please be advised that your purchase is fully covered under warranty and we ask that you return it to the place of purchase for a full refund. We will in turn credit the store for the item in question.

Once again, our apologies for any inconvenience this has caused. To those customers who have taken time to bring this problem to our attention we sincerely appreciate the feedback. Rest assured, these problems have been addressed and future shipments of these items will perform exactly how you expect a Wahu product to perform. We wish everyone a great summer.
